Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation via email. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact our support team with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

We do not deliver on major public holidays. Orders placed on or just before a holiday will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

We currently offer free delivery within the 5 boroughs of New York and certain parts of New Jersey. For other locations, please contact us to check availability and shipping rates.

Next-day delivery is available on select orders and locations. Availability depends on your delivery address and product stock  please check at checkout or contact us to confirm for your order.

For most orders, a signature isn't required and the package can be left at your doorstep. However, high-value or bulk/wholesale orders may require someone to be present to sign for delivery.
